Our Process

Pionarch Construction Team provides construction services based on good set of construction documents. The documents can be ordered from our design department or from a professional architect or designer. Our projects are built to drawings. We are responsible for construction methods and sequences, detailed costs estimate, and coordinating the work of our subcontractors.

Your contract for construction is separate from design contract with us. The cost may be based on a lump-sum price or be billed on time and materials, or a “T&M basis”.  The final cost is driven by unforeseen conditions and it is usually covered by project contingency.

Responsibility of the client

Clients are ultimately responsible for: selecting and paying their builder and timely response. The client needs to be prepared to provide us with the proof of financing for the project.

Every Owner should not begin any work until they have a signed contracts detailing the work to be done, the schedule, and the amount and timing of all payments.
