Carpenter – Full-Time/Part-Time (Experienced)
Pionarch Design and Construction is seeking a full-time, experienced Carpenter with 10+ years of residential remodeling and building experience. Candidates must be skilled in basic framing, finish carpentry, and fibrous insulation installation, able to read plans, and committed to producing high-quality, detail-oriented work. We primarily serve high-end residential clients, so professionalism, organization, and maintaining a clean job site are essential. A strong work ethic, physical stamina, knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards, and good communication skills are required. Experience with masonry, tiling, or waterproofing is a plus but not required for candidates willing to learn. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and a company vehicle may be provided if needed.
Carpenter Helper / Construction Laborer – Full-Time/Part-Time
We are seeking a part-time Carpenter Helper / Construction Laborer to support our residential remodeling and building team by assisting with daily job site tasks, demolition, material handling, and site preparation. We primarily serve high-end residential clients, so organization, cleanliness, and maintaining a professional job site are essential. Candidates should have some construction or labor experience, be comfortable using basic power tools, and possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn. Physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of job site safety are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (or willingness to drive a company vehicle) are preferred.
