Licensed Architect – Full-Time/Contract (Director of Architecture Level)
Pionarch Design and Construction is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Beverly, Massachusetts team. This role is ideal for an experienced design professional with strong technical expertise, project leadership experience, and a passion for collaborative design-build work.
The selected candidate will lead architectural projects from concept through construction, oversee project delivery, collaborate with clients and consultants, and help guide design excellence across residential and light commercial projects. This position combines hands-on design leadership, project management, client communication, and construction-phase involvement.
Candidates should have an active Architecture License, a minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience, strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and experience managing projects from design through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
