POSITION OVERVIEW

Pionarch Design and Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Revit Drafter / Architectural Designer to join our Beverly, Massachusetts team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional with strong technical expertise, advanced Autodesk Revit skills, and a passion for collaborative design-build work.

The selected candidate will support architectural projects from concept through construction documentation, creating accurate Revit models, construction drawings, and project deliverables. This position focuses on hands-on drafting, design coordination, client communication, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and construction teams across residential and light commercial projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain accurate Autodesk Revit models for residential and light commercial projects

• Prepare construction documents from schematic design through permitting and construction documentation

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and project details

• Coordinate drawings and project information with architects, consultants, engineers, and construction teams

• Assist with design development and ensure project documentation meets firm quality standards

• Conduct site visits and field measurements as required

• Support permitting submissions and coordinate revisions based on municipal comments

• Communicate with clients regarding project information, documentation, and design coordination

• Maintain organized project files and documentation across multiple active projects

• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and constructability

• Collaborate with the design-build team throughout all phases of project delivery

• Assist with revisions during construction and respond to project documentation needs

• Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting standards and office workflows

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–10 years of professional architectural drafting or architectural design experience

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit

• Experience producing construction documents from design through permitting

• Strong experience with residential and/or light commercial projects

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and construction professionals

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

This position serves as a technical drafting and design support role within Pionarch's collaborative design-build team. The selected candidate will contribute to projects from early design through construction documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and technical quality.
