Energy Efficient House Design

Project Description

Pionarch, LLC recently completed an energy efficiency house design as part of a competition. We designed this house to meet all of your criteria set in the requirements.

We accommodated the idea of a simple floor open concept plan, a modern simple look, as well as energy efficiency. The use of modern energy efficient materials which include KlipTech Eco Clad Siding for the exterior facade, windows by Schuco European Architectural Supply, and Tesla Solar Roof System makes the house to meet new energy standards. It would be very easy to make this house a Passive House.

A balcony at the back of the building overlooks the river. We added lower porch and patio to give the opportunity for the owners to enjoy the views in the warm weather.
