A rear addition transforms the back of the house by introducing a mudroom that links the existing structure with a spacious kitchen and a newly built deck. Positioned between the kitchen and the deck, it enhances flow between indoor and outdoor spaces and is finished with durable, easy‑to‑clean flooring and overhead lighting.

Inside, the kitchen expands into the former dining area to create a more open plan centered around a large island seating three for casual meals or prep. Stainless steel appliances give a modern but classic look while a panoramic window floods the space with light and frames the backyard. Even panel lighting overhead ensures consistent brightness throughout. Just beyond, the generously sized deck connects with both kitchen and mudroom entrances to encourage seamless indoor‑outdoor living.
