PIONARCH DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Pionarch Design & Construction provides digital architectural plans, including ADU plans, residential plans, and related design documents. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Plans & Downloads

All sales of digital plans and downloadable project files are final.

Once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered or made available for download, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

Digital products cannot be returned, and access to downloaded files cannot be revoked. By purchasing a digital plan from Pionarch Design & Construction, you acknowledge and agree that the product is delivered electronically and is not eligible for a refund after download or access.

2. File Issues or Order Errors

If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive a file that does not match your order, please contact us promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, including providing replacement files or resolving access problems when applicable.

3. Plan Modifications & Custom Changes

Purchased plans are provided as originally designed.

Customers who require modifications, customizations, revisions, or adjustments may request additional design services for an additional fee.

Examples of possible modifications include:

  • Adjustments to dimensions or layouts
  • Changes to design features
  • Site-specific modifications
  • Local requirement adjustments
  • Additional drawings or documentation

Modification requests are reviewed individually and are subject to availability, complexity, and additional service fees.

4. Building Codes & Local Requirements

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased plans meet local zoning requirements, building codes, permitting requirements, and other applicable regulations before construction.

A request for changes due to local requirements does not qualify for a refund. Modifications or additional documentation required by a local jurisdiction may be available as a separate paid service.

5. Construction & Design Services

Refunds, cancellations, and payments related to custom design, consulting, or construction services are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement between Pionarch Design & Construction and the client.
