Project estimates, timelines, and pricing displayed on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Construction and design services are governed by separate written contracts executed between Pionarch Design & Construction and the client.
Project schedules may vary due to permitting requirements, material availability, weather conditions, labor availability, inspections, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Digital Plans & Products
Pionarch Design & Construction offers digital architectural plans, including but not limited to ADU plans, house plans, garage plans, additions, and other construction documents.
All digital products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
License to Use
The purchase of a digital plan grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one (1) structure at one (1) physical location unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Purchasing a plan does not transfer ownership of the design, copyright, or any intellectual property rights.
Plans may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, published, or reused for additional construction projects without written permission from Pionarch Design & Construction.
4. Building Codes & Permits
Building regulations differ by jurisdiction.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify that all plans comply with local zoning ordinances, building codes, permit requirements, homeowner association regulations, and engineering standards before construction begins.
Some jurisdictions may require modifications, structural engineering, energy compliance documentation, or additional professional review before issuing permits.
Pionarch Design & Construction is not responsible for permit denials or additional requirements imposed by local authorities.
5. Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally delivered immediately or within the timeframe stated on the applicable product page after payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to payment verification, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable plans are final once delivery or download access has been provided.
If you receive an incorrect file or experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Construction and design service deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable project agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including architectural plans, drawings, renderings, photographs, graphics, logos, text, designs, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Pionarch Design & Construction unless otherwise noted.
These materials are protected under United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Payment for digital products is required in full before download access is provided.
