As Co-Owner and Founder, he brings extensive hands-on expertise in construction management, quality control, and building performance, with a focus on delivering durable, energy-efficient homes on time and within budget.

Michal is committed to building high-performance homes through proven construction practices, including effective insulation, air sealing, and systems integration. His strengths lie in managing trades and subcontractors, coordinating construction workflows, and maintaining rigorous standards for site safety and quality control. Michal studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok in Poland and is pursuing an Associate Degree in Business Administration at North Shore Community College. His combination of business knowledge, construction experience, and commitment to quality supports his goal of delivering reliable, high-performance homes that stand the test of time.
