Project Description

We delivered a fully branded commercial office for Vi-Leon, providing a complete design and furniture solution from concept through installation. The project included sourcing and coordinating furnishings from a European manufacturer, allowing access to high-quality pieces not typically available through standard retail channels. Furniture for the project was provided by Liviazi, supporting a seamless procurement and delivery process.

Every phase was carefully managed to ensure a cohesive design and a smooth execution, resulting in a turnkey workspace ready for immediate use.

Design Approach

The design was centered on creating a modern, professional environment that reflects Vi-Leon’s brand while supporting productivity and collaboration. We focused on clean lines, a restrained material palette, and furniture that adds character without overwhelming the space.

Each area was designed to support how the team actually works, balancing open collaboration with spaces for focus, while keeping the overall experience consistent throughout.

 

Design Highlights

Lobby and Reception
A straightforward, welcoming entry sets the tone. The seating and rug introduce texture and warmth without overcomplicating the space.

Meeting Rooms
Each room is scaled and furnished to fit its purpose. Artwork was used selectively to give the spaces some personality while keeping them focused and usable.

Main Gathering Area
A high-top table anchors the central space, creating a natural spot for quick conversations and informal meetings.

Private Offices
Offices are kept clean and functional, with ergonomic furniture and just enough layering to make them feel comfortable without distraction.

Conference Room
The conference room is more structured, with a long table and coordinated seating. Artwork softens the space slightly so it doesn’t feel too rigid.

Outcome

Everything was specified and installed as a complete package, resulting in a space that feels intentional from front to back. With furniture provided by Liviazi, the process remained streamlined and consistent, and the final result reflects a clear, unified vision.

 

Challenges

Coordinating furniture production overseas added a layer of timing complexity, particularly around lead times and shipping alignment with the construction and installation schedule. Several key pieces had staggered delivery windows, which required sequencing the install so the space could still be completed efficiently without waiting on final items.

There was also a level of adjustment required during procurement, where certain finishes and specifications needed to be refined to match what was actually available from the European manufacturer. This meant making quick, informed decisions without compromising the overall design intent.

On site, the challenge was keeping everything aligned during installation so that the final layout matched the drawings exactly once all furniture arrived. Small adjustments were made in real time to ensure proportions, circulation, and spacing felt right across all rooms, especially in the meeting areas and main gathering space.
