Project Description
Clock Tower Business Center selected PionArch to provide commercial interior design services for their office building in Lynn. The scope of work included selecting the theme for the flooring and creating concept boards for the building. The design included interior color paints and floor carpet selections for the Clock Tower Business Center. To ensure the project was done correctly, we created measured floor plans with accent carpet tiles to mark turns and intersections in the hallways. The reason behind the color scheme was to offer wayfinding and “being in the city” feel. PionArch also designed a new corporate identity including new signage, stationery, and business card design with the Clock Tower theme
Project Results
PionArch envisioned the creative concepts required, and provided design options for the commercial office space. The interior spaces now feel contemporary and fresh. The 3D wallpaper has given the hallway a new identity and depth. The space was rented out fully after the renovation.
